The price includes a concealed bracket for fixed installation. For fixed mounting, the bracket can be fitted with a wooden backplate allowing for side cable entry, for example if a knob-and-tube wire runs along the wall. The wooden plate may also serve as a decorative element that highlights the lamp's placement, and is preferably ordered without a cable notch.
