Choose whether you want the switch with or without a cableway depending on if you wish to install the switch in a universal box. A two-way switch is the classic switch used as a conventional switch to turn on and off a light. It can also be used when a light is to be switched on and off from two different places, for example in each end of a corridor or in a staircase to turn on and off from the top and bottom of the stairs.
