Inspiration - Encaustic Floor Tiles

Encaustic tiles are patterned tiles cast with multi-colored clay instead of having the pattern painted on the surface. This means that the pattern will remain even after many years of wear and tear. The Winckelmans assortment contains several different patterns available in different sizes. For example, they can be used to embellish a tile border or an otherwise very square and “geometric” floor pattern.

The Encaustic Tiles can be special ordered in all Winckelmans colors. Click here to see the color chart.
