Inspiration - Traditional kitchen with wood stove

The kitchen in our store at Karlavägen 7 in Stockholm is traditionally decorated with a wood stove, porcelain sink and beautiful brass kitchen mixer. Here you can get inspiration for your kitchen renovation and also have the opportunity to see the products in their context.

The wood stove in black cast iron is made after an older model from 1896. The sink in classic white porcelain is from Shaws who has created kitchen sinks since 1897 and is considered to be one of Europe's true quality manufacturers. The beautiful two-hole mixer Victoria comes from French Horus. The brass is untreated (without protective coat), which causes the mixer to age/oxidize naturally over time. The spruce floor is waxed with linseed wax, a mixture of 10% mahogany, 30% oak and 60% natural. On the walls, Lim & Handtryck's classic wallpaper Hovdala flower in gray / light blue and the splash guard is tiled with lightly dented 13 x 13 tiles.
