Polyurethane is a lightweight material and a popular alternative to old stucco moldings. It is easy to cut, adhere with glue, and paint with any type of paint (preferably the same as that used on the ceiling). Polyurethane is a much more durable material than cheaper styrofoam moldings. Our moldings are delivered factory-primed, making them extremely easy to paint. Polyurethane is a rigid material that keeps moldings in place better than wood, reducing the risk of unwanted cracks in the wall/ceiling.
